Meet Celia!

Celia Pourgoura is the one of the two co-owners and directors of the law firm CA Advocates (Pourgoura & Aspri LLC).

She is an English qualified lawyer, having graduated from Southampton University with an LLB qualification in the year 2000. She then became a Middle Temple Barrister at Law in the year 2001 and in the year 2002 she continued her studies at Kings College of London obtaining an LLM on Commercial and Corporate Law. After her studies in the United Kingdom Celia returned to Cyprus where she became a member of the Cyprus Bar in the year 2003.

She has worked in KPMG specializing in commercial and corporate law matters and in trust law and equity. She continued her professional career at other large organizations such as the Marfin Popular Bank and IFG Trust (Cyprus) Limited.

She specializes in trust law, corporate and commercial law, real estate issues, immigration issues, anti-money laundering issues, contract law and corporate administration. She speaks Greek and English fluently and she is currently learning Russian.

Over the years, Celia has attended a large number of conferences ranging in topics from Commercial and Corporate law, Real Estate, Private Wealth, Trust law as well as Immigration, and she is often a guest speaker in international caliber conferences on related topics.

Celia is a full member of (STEP) Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a member of the International Bar Association. She is also a member of the board of directors of the Ukraine – Cyprus Business Association, the India – Cyprus Business Association, the UK – Cyprus Business Association and of the Polish – Cyprus Business Association. She is also the president of the Belarus - Cyprus Business Association.

Celia is overly active, punctual, organised, meticulous and goal-oriented. She acknowledges and appreciates that taking risks is a necessary step in actively pursuing success! Celia constantly strives for excellence and focuses on influencing her team to wilfully work to achieve their goals. Celia combines her interest in fashion with her love for travel, culture and new experiences. 

Meet Antis !

Antis graduated from Birmingham City University with an LLB Degree in the year 2017. He then moved back to Cyprus in order to complete his practical training and was admitted as a member of the Cyprus Bar Association in the year 2019.

Antis is currently an Associate Lawyer at CA Advocates, specializing in Contract Law, Real Estate and Corporate Law as well as in the administration and management of companies.

He is fluent in Greek and English.

Antis is a passionate football lover and a member of the board of Directors in a Cypriot Football team. He also likes going to the gym and travelling. Antis has two lovely collie dogs.

Meet Iryna!

Iryna was born in Ukraine in a family of a military doctor and a teacher of German language.

At the age of 13, Iryna moved with her family to Germany where she attended the Russian Military Forces high school, where she stayed until her graduation.

After returning to Ukraine, she studied at the Kiev State University of Trade and Economics, obtaining a degree in Commodity Research and Trade in Foodstuffs.

Trying to find her calling, she worked as a manager in trade companies, assistant of Editor-in-chief of a magazine and even as a journalist.

Iryna never stopped learning and acquiring new skills. She moved to Cyprus in a search for mastering her knowledge of the English language. Later on, working as a hotel administrator for over 10 years, along with Cypriots, stimulated her interest in the Greek language and traditions. Cypriot friendliness, culture, island climate and the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills, have become life for her.

In the course of her career, she successfully completed a three-year educational program, having received 3 international Pearson Education Limited LCCI Certificates in the field of accounting and financial accounting.

Iryna is the happy mother of a boy. She enjoys reading, watching movies, listening to music, dancing, traveling, spending time with family and friends by the sea and in the mountains, cooking and having a glass of prosecco for inspiration.
